Folkus is the Folk Arts Network of the North West. FOLKUS is a folk arts organisation founded by enthusiasts to celebrate, support, and build upon the continuing vitality of traditional and contemporary folk music, song and dance within the North West region.

To meet this objective Folkus is receiving grant aid from the Arts Council of England and Lancashire County Council.
